I was called to a home to inspect a furnace that wasn't working. After inspection, I found that the zone valve needed to be replaced and installed a new thermostat. The furnace is now operational.

I was called to inspect a boiler that wasn't working. I found the gas shut off from another home remodel contractor. I turned on the gas and performed routine maintenance on the boiler. I cleaned the burners, ignitor, flame sensor, visually inspected the wiring and connectors, and verified the safeties were working properly. I noted that the pressure relief valve was leaking, but the customer declined to fix it at this time. No other issues were found.

Installed Bryant Evolution 987M modulating gas furnace for a customer in Fargo. Removed old unit, upgraded venting to PVC. Installed new return air drop and supply plenum. Connected to existing ductwork. Wired to Evolution Connex control. Performed combustion analysis and adjusted gas pressure. System now operating at 98.3% AFUE.

Working in Fargo today, I completed an AC repair on a Carrier Infinity 16 unit. The system was not cooling due to a faulty TXV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve). After completing the repairs, tested the system to ensure it was cooling effectively. The AC unit is now functioning properly and delivering consistent cooling to the home.

Condenser fan motor not coming on. Checked capacitor and found that it was reading very low. Replaced capacitor and fired system up. Condenser fan motor came on right away. Cycled power a few times to ensure operations of fan motor. Operations normal at this time.

Found condensate line had been disconnected from the barbed fitting. Connected drain line back in place.

Found water solenoid valve bypassing water and running constantly. Replaced solenoid valve and water stopped. Operations normal at this time.

Install furnace and A/C.

They had openings above the ceiling sealed up , but both business's on each side of La Unica still have smells, please look above ceiling to see how well it was sealed up.

Install thermostat lock box.
